Robert Fransen is the President of Timberland Partners.
Prior to forming Timberland Partners in 1992, he was an apartment
sales broker for CB Richard Ellis.
He is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, Minnesota Multi Housing Association, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties and holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Mark
E. Moore is the Executive Vice President of Operations for
Timberland Partners, and has served the company in that role
since September 2009. Mark oversees all aspects of the
operations for Timberland Partners’s growing 6,858 unit
apartment portfolio and 800,000 square foot commercial real estate
portfolio.
Prior
to joining Timberland Partners, Mark was a Regional Vice President
for Camden Property Trust, a Houston-based Real Estate Investment
Trust Company with ownership of approximately 67,000 apartment
homes. Mark has held leadership and executive positions with such
notable companies as Balcor, Insignia, Mid America, Colonial and
Camden. His experience extends more than twenty years in the
Multifamily Industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience to Timberland Partners including public REIT, third
party fee management and joint venture partnership
experience. Mark has established a solid foundation in
the national apartment industry arena, having worked with various
asset types throughout the United States.
Mark has
served on the board of directors for the Auga Caliente Business
Owners Association and the Mission Viejo Business Owners
Association. He served as Chairman of the Membership Committee for
NAA of Nevada. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate
Management and the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. Mark has
held a Real Estate Sales License in North Carolina, a Property
Manager In Charge License in South Carolina, a Registered Apartment
Manager designation, and is a CPM candidate.

Terry
Cook is the head of the Asset Management Department for
the Timberland Partners Portfolio. He is also a Partner in a number
of the Timberland Partners partnerships.
Possessing a unique ability to quickly reposition under-performing assets by applying aggressive marketing strategies, Terry has a proven track record of obtaining maximum investor yields. He joined the firm in 1993 and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in operating both residential and commercial real estate. In addition, he has been responsible for overseeing the repositioning, construction and renovation activities of numerous properties. He is an active member in the following apartment and commercial real estate organizations: Minnesota Multi Housing Association National Association of Industrial & Office Properties Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors Building Owners and Managers Institute. Trained at Brown College in communications, Terry also attended the University of Northern Iowa and recently obtained his RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the University of St. Thomas |
Becky
Yonts joined Timberland
Partnersis in 2005 and is Vice
President of Marketing and Training. She brings to the company
a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 30 years in the
multi-housing industry.

Laren
Holcomb joined Timberland Partners in 1999. Prior to
joining Timberland Partners, Laren spent three years with Valley
Realty, Inc., a real estate development company based in North
Dakota. Laren worked on the development, construction and
management of multi-family apartment communities and single family
homes. Laren started as a Property Manager with Timberland
Partners, Inc. managing a portfolio which grew to over 1500
apartment units in the Midwest and Texas. Laren has
helped in the acquisition and repositioning of over 2000 apartment
units covering seven states during his tenure with Timberland
Partners.
Laren graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1996 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. Laren holds a Minnesota Real Estate License and belongs to the Minnesota Housing Association and the Iowa Landlord Association. |
Dan Hoiby is the Vice President of Accounting Services for
Timberland Partners. He oversees all accounting functions and
plays an active role in maintaining the company benefit
package.
Prior to
joining Timberland Partners in 2002, Dan was Senior Accountant at a
local public accounting firm Bertram, Vallez, Kaplan & Talbot,
Ltd. At BVKT, he specialized in manufacturing, construction
and rental real estate.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University, College of Business. He also achieved his CPA designation during his public accounting career. Dan maintains an active membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
